Latimer's Seafood is a fishmonger & seafood deli, together with The Hatch takeaway and cafe. The finest local seafood is available to purchase in their fishmonger / deli. The Hatch offers ready-to-go breakfast, lunch and afternoon teas. Including seafood picnic boxes, crab sandwiches, award winning pasties, soups, all day breakfasts, homemade cakes and scones. No nuts are used in any of their recipes and they have wheat free options. They are an award winning, family owned, local business and we are proud to have them.

There really isn't a lot that can be said about the foods being offered by Latimer's. Sometimes a picture can tell you far more than anything we could write. Suffice to say, if you enjoy seafood, you may just be in heaven with these offerings.

If you prefer the idea of buying some fish, taking it home and preparing a wonderful seafood dish yourself, then you are seriously spoiled for choice with the selection available at Latimer's Seafood. All of their fish is locally caught, sustainable, super fresh and of course top notch quality.

Donald Standing Guard At Latimer's:

Donald as he is known is a beloved feature at Latimer's Seafood and as you can see and imagine, small children will of course flock to see him. Donald has seen some tough times over the years and has taken a bit of a battering with the North East weather, but you can't knock his loyalty, always there ready to welcome customers as they arrive.

Just as a little side thing... If you catch Latimer's at the right time of year, generally spring and summer, the display of flowers outside the building is normally very pretty and worth a quick look.
